I messaged the help desk 2 separate times about confirming my location of a pod and it was confirmed each time just to wait a month for the product to show up with the pod on the wrong side. I had to return the item, wait, and have the new item created and shipped. Whole process took to long and there was nothing offered than a sorry.
In terms of the product itself, its fine, paint finish is rattle can quality, with streaks, and rough cutting.
